Church Use Guidelines
Churches are responsible for using CommonPlate carefully, lawfully, and in keeping with their own safeguarding and financial policies.
Protect people and children
Limit access to member and child information, follow the church’s safeguarding procedures, and never treat software as a replacement for trained supervision or pickup policies.
Review financial settings
The church should verify its Stripe account, payout details, authorized representatives, and current fees. Do not share banking credentials with CommonPlate.
